1. Visa & Entry Requirements

All Timorese nationals must obtain an appropriate visa from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Dili before arrival.

• Visa Types: Ensure your visa matches your purpose (E-9 for EPS workers, D-2/D-4 for students, or C-3 for short-term visits).
• Entry Documents: Keep your passport and visa grant notice easily accessible for immigration clearance at Incheon International Airport.

2. Foreigner Registration (ARC)

If your stay exceeds 90 days, you are legally required to apply for an Alien Registration Card (ARC).

• Timeframe: Application must be submitted at the local Immigration Office within 90 days of arrival.
• Mandatory: You must always carry your ARC once issued. Failure to do so may result in fines or legal complications.

3. Consular Registration (Lapor Diri)

The Embassy strongly encourages all Timorese in Korea to register their presence to ensure timely assistance during emergencies.
