SECRETÁRIO DE ESTADO DO ESG-ESTV REALIZA VISITA DE TRABALHO À DONG-AH MEISTER HIGH SCHOOL NA REPÚBLICA DA COREIA

Sua Excelência o Secretário de Estado Domingos Lopes Lemos, acompanhado por Sua Excelência o Embaixador António Benevides, dirigentes da KRIVET e elementos da comitiva oficial, durante a receção protocolar na Dong-Ah Meister High School.
SEJONG / COREIA, 8 de setembro de 2026 — No quadro da cooperação institucional para o fortalecimento do ensino técnico-profissional, Sua Excelência o Secretário de Estado do Ensino Secundário Geral e do Ensino Secundário Técnico e Vocacional (ESG-ESTV), Sr. Domingos Lopes Lemos, efetuou, na terça-feira, 8 de setembro de 2026, uma visita de trabalho à conceituada Dong-Ah Meister High School, na República da Coreia.
A comitiva governamental foi composta por Sua Excelência o Embaixador Extraordinário e Plenipotenciário de Timor-Leste na República da Coreia, Sr. António Benevides, e pelo Secretário-Geral da EAST TVET Cooperation Network do KRIVET Sejong, Dr. Young Saing Kim. Fizeram igualmente parte da delegação oficial o Diretor-Geral do Ensino Secundário, Sr. Deolindo da Cruz; o Diretor-Adjunto da Escola Secundária Técnico-Vocacional GTI-ESTV de Becora, Sr. Marcos Lopes da Cruz; o Assessor do Gabinete do Secretário de Estado, Sr. Agustinho Lay; e o Ponto Focal do referido Gabinete, Sr. Ramaldinho Lelo.
A deslocação institucional teve por objetivo primordial a observação direta das instalações tecnológicas, das oficinas práticas e dos equipamentos pedagógicos de vanguarda utilizados pela instituição de ensino vocacional no seu processo formativo, com particular destaque para os módulos de automação, eletrotecnia e tecnologias industriais de precisão.
Na ocasião, Sua Excelência o Secretário de Estado congratulou vivamente os estudantes finalistas que concluíram os seus cursos na instituição e manifestou o seu elevado apreço pela dedicada intervenção pedagógica levada a cabo pela escola na preparação qualificada dos jovens para as exigências do mercado de trabalho contemporâneo.

His Excellency Secretary of State Domingos Lopes Lemos joined by Ambassador António Benevides, KRIVET leadership, and members of the official delegation during the welcome reception at Dong-Ah Meister High School.
SEJONG / KOREA, September 8, 2026 — Under the auspices of strengthening bilateral cooperation in technical education and skills development, His Excellency the Secretary of State for General and Technical-Vocational Secondary Education (ESG-ESTV), Mr. Domingos Lopes Lemos, conducted an official working visit to Dong-Ah Meister High School, Republic of Korea, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
The high-level government delegation included His Excellency the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Timor-Leste to the Republic of Korea, Mr. António Benevides, together with the Secretary-General of the EAST TVET Cooperation Network at KRIVET Sejong, Dr. Young Saing Kim. The mission was further attended by the Director-General of Secondary Education, Mr. Deolindo da Cruz; the Vice Principal of the GTI-ESTV Technical-Vocational Secondary School in Becora, Mr. Marcos Lopes da Cruz; the Senior Advisor to the Office of the Secretary of State, Mr. Agustinho Lay; and the Office's Liaison Officer, Mr. Ramaldinho Lelo.
The primary objective of the mission was to inspect firsthand the state-of-the-art technological facilities, specialized industrial laboratories, and advanced training apparatus utilized by the school in its pedagogical curricula, with particular emphasis on mechatronics, electrical systems, and high-precision technical manufacturing.
During the visit, the Secretary of State warmly commended the graduating students of Dong-Ah Meister High School on successfully completing their academic terms and expressed his highest appreciation for the institution's exemplary commitment to preparing youth with the specialized proficiencies demanded by the modern industrial sector.

2026년 9월 8일(화) — 동티모르 일반 및 기술·직업중등교육(ESG-ESTV) 도밍고스 로페스 레모스(Domingos Lopes Lemos) 국무장관은 직업기술교육 분야의 교류 및 협력 강화를 위하여 대한민국 동아마이스터고등학교(Dong-Ah Meister High School)를 공식 방문하였습니다.
이번 고위급 방문에는 안토니오 베네비데스(António Benevides) 주한 동티모르 대사를 비롯하여 한국직업능력연구원(KRIVET) 세종 EAST TVET 협력 네트워크 사무총장 김영생 박사, 데올린두 다 크루스(Deolindo da Cruz) 중등교육총국장, 마르코스 로페스 다 크루스(Marcos Lopes da Cruz) 베코라 GTI-ESTV 기술직업고등학교 교감, 아구스티뉴 라이(Agustinho Lay) 국무장관실 자문관, 라말디뉴 렐로(Ramaldinho Lelo) 연락관이 대표단으로 함께 참석하였습니다.
이번 현장 시찰은 자동화 시스템, 전기·전자 및 정밀 산업 기술 분야를 중심으로 동아마이스터고등학교의 정규 교육과정에서 운용 중인 첨단 실습 설비와 기술 훈련 인프라를 직접 확인하고 실질적인 기술 인재 양성 모델을 벤치마킹하는 데 주안점을 두었습니다.
로페스 레모스 국무장관께서는 학교 교육과정을 우수하게 이수한 졸업생들에게 축하의 뜻을 전하였으며, 고도화된 실무 역량을 바탕으로 청년 인재들이 산업 현장에 원활히 진출할 수 있도록 체계적인 직업훈련을 선도해 온 학교 측의 헌신과 성과에 깊은 사의를 표명하였습니다.
