Seoul, Republic of Korea, 3 June 2026 – His Excellency Ambassador António de Sá Benevides chaired a coordination meeting with the Embassy’s diplomats, Justice Attaché, and Labour Attaché to review ongoing programmes, upcoming high-level engagements, and internal institutional matters.
The meeting focused on preparations for the forthcoming official visit of His Excellency Bendito dos Santos Freitas, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste, as well as the study visits of Parliamentary Committees B and D to the Republic of Korea.
Participants also discussed a number of important institutional priorities aimed at strengthening the Embassy’s operations and enhancing support for Timor-Leste’s diplomatic, labour, and community-related activities in the Republic of Korea.
